• Develop and enforce the Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) program in line with corporate policies and ISO45001 standards to ensure a safe work environment.
• Maintain and update accurate HSE documentation for the company and specific projects.
• Ensure all operations comply with the Workplace Safety & Health Act and international safety standards.
• Oversee and approve contractor work requests, risk assessments, and permitting requirements to ensure safety and proper documentation.
• Conduct HSE inspections and audits, attend HSE meetings, and implement corrective actions to uphold workplace safety.
• Source competitive shipment rates, manage shipment processes, maintain financial accountability, and communicate effectively on operational matters

The Talent

• Holds a certification as a registered WSH officer.
• Minimum Polytechnic Diploma required; Degree holders preferred.
• At least 2 years of HSE experience in construction, oil & gas, or other major industries.
• Proficiency in ISO14001 / ISO45001 and Integrated Management Systems.
• Internal auditor or assessor certification is a plus.
• Able to speak, read and write Mandarin fluently to liaise with Chinese-speaking counterpart
