Develop and enforce the Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) program in line with corporate policies and ISO45001 standards to ensure a safe work environment.
Maintain and update accurate HSE documentation for the company and specific projects.
Ensure all operations comply with the Workplace Safety & Health Act and international safety standards.
Oversee and approve contractor work requests, risk assessments, and permitting requirements to ensure safety and proper documentation.
Conduct HSE inspections and audits, attend HSE meetings, and implement corrective actions to uphold workplace safety.
Source competitive shipment rates, manage shipment processes, maintain financial accountability, and communicate effectively on operational matters
The Talent
Holds a certification as a registered WSH officer.
At least 2 years of HSE experience in construction, oil & gas, or other major industries.
Proficiency in ISO14001 / ISO45001 and Integrated Management Systems.
Internal auditor or assessor certification is a plus.
Able to speak, read and write Mandarin fluently to liaise with Chinese-speaking counterpart
