Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced

Safety Manager

to oversee all workplace safety and health (WSH) matters for an LTA viaduct project. You will lead the safety team and ensure strict compliance with LTA, MOM, and project-specific safety regulations and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and implement the site's safety, health, and environmental policies in accordance with LTA and statutory requirements. Develop, review, and maintain risk assessments, safe work procedures, and safety plans. Lead site safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations. Liaise with LTA, authorities, and internal/external stakeholders on all safety matters. Conduct safety briefings, toolbox meetings, and training for workers and subcontractors. Monitor and ensure adherence to WSH standards across all site activities. Submit regular safety reports and updates to management and LTA. Promote a strong safety culture across the project site.

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Environmental, Health & Safety, or related field. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience. Registered

WSH Officer (WSHO)

with MOM & ECO license Familiar with

LTA safety protocols

, codes of practice, and regulations. Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills. Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced construction environment.
