What the role is:You manage Incident and Near-Miss, Investigation and Analysis for the unit.What you will be working on:On this, you ensure prompt and effective dissemination and applications of lessons learnt from incidents as well as conduct investigation into training incidents to determine casual factors and recommend appropriate preventive measures. Your challenge lies in developing case study materials from the investigations conducted and forwarding them to stakeholders.What we are looking for:You must have a tertiary qualification, and possess experience in safety related fields.
