Job Responsibilities:

Oversee

Cable Works

under

SPPG projects

and ensure full compliance with safety regulations. Identify potential

hazards or safety issues

and implement effective

preventive and corrective actions

.

Lead and guide

site personnel in promoting a strong

safety culture

and adherence to company safety standards. Conduct

daily site safety inspections

and ensure all unsafe acts or conditions are promptly rectified.

Compile and maintain

safety records, incident reports, and inspection findings.

Prepare and submit monthly safety reports

to management and clients as required. Liaise with

project management, client representatives, and subcontractors

to coordinate safety activities. Ensure compliance with

WSH Act

,

SPPG safety requirements

, and company HSE procedures.

Job Requirements:

Minimum

2 years of relevant experience

in construction or utilities

Valid WSH Officer

recognized by MOM. Strong knowledge of

workplace safety practices

and regulatory requirements.

Able to work 6 days per week

and willing to be stationed on-site. Good leadership, communication, and reporting skills. * Positive attitude and ability to work

independently

as well as in a

team environment
