Vacancy: Full-Time Safety Officer (Construction Industry)

We are a growing construction company looking for a dedicated and responsible Safety Officer to join our team.





Job Scope:


Conduct regular site inspections to identify safety hazards and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations. Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies and procedures. Conduct safety training and briefings for all workers on-site. Investigate accidents and near-misses, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions. Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure proper equipment is being used at all times. Maintain accurate safety records and reports. Collaborate with supervisors and project managers to ensure safety protocols are integrated into daily operations. Stay up-to-date with safety regulations and best practices.
? Requirements:


Proven experience as a Safety Officer, Safety Coordinator, or similar role in a construction environment. In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and construction site safety protocols. Certification in safety management (e.g., OSHA 30-hour, First Aid/CPR). Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
