Job Description

Responsibilities: Liaise closely with Project Managers on workplace safety, health and environmental issues to maintain a high level of safety at the sites. Oversee and lead the Safety team & subcontractors in the implementation of Company's safety systems at sites. Monitor safety and health aspect of all projects and workers safe work practices. Carry out risk assessment for all projects and maintain high level of safety and housekeeping at site. Carry out safety orientations and to conduct daily tool box meeting. Plan, Administer and implement safety policy and safety procedures in compliance with local safety regulations. Discharge duties as relevant in the WSH Act, WSH (Workplace Safety and Health (Officers) Regulations and Environmental Public Health Act Implement and maintain proper procedures of WSHE management, administrative and recording system Conduct team/ individual WSHE inspections and produce relevant reports and follow-ups Organize / conduct WSHE briefing/ training to all employees.Requirements: Min Specialist Diploma in Safety, Health and Environment as stipulated in the Singapore Ministry of Manpower's accepted WSH-related qualifications. Certificate in "Vector Control Course for Construction Site Supervisors" issued by NEA or equivalent, an advantage At least 2 years' experience in a safety supervisory role in construction industry Good communication, presentation and Microsoft office skills Detailed understanding and knowledge on HSE Legal and other requirements Good time management, leadership qualities and skills
