Carry out risk assessment, ensure operations comply to the country HSE requirement & safety regulation, provide safety reporting or investigation on safety related matters
Monitor site safety standards and provide support to operations
Perform daily safety GEMBA walk in operations, ensuring full safety and 5S compliance
Conduct safety briefing sessions for all team members within the site
Conduct and attend monthly safety meeting with the safety committee and internal/external management team
Perform investigation on safety related accident
Assist in internal and external safety audits for the site, report and validate near-miss
Conduct Top 3 safety issue finding loss deployment
Achieve customer safety KAI/SLA
Review OHSMS and provide recommendations for improvement of safety
Requirements:
Diploma in Logistics or Safety, Health and Environment preferred
Min 3 years of experience in safety role, preferably in a warehouse environment
Customer-focused, goal driven and independent
Great interpersonal, verbal/written and presentation skills
Able to take pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to apply critical thinking and analysis in problem solving
Proficient in Microsoft applications
Able to work in the west
