Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a Site Facility, Safety & Security Coordinator cum Ops support.
- Facility management, schedule and or adhoc repair/maintenance.
- Plan & schedule regular maintenance servicing, manage & plan contractor site work include safety assessment and documentation submission.
- Request for quotation, lead and manage facility adhoc project.
- Safety & Security enforcement and support. Emergency on call for facility and or Security matter 24/7
- Managing Permit to work for work at height activity. Managing vendor contracts, review & renew.
- Supporting Country Safety initiative as Safety Trainer & Safety - Conducting training for operation team and new hire.
- Represent the facility as the Fire Safety Manager.
- Minimum Diploma in WSH and registered Fire Safety Manager.
- 3 years of relevant experience in any industry.
- Hands-on experience will be advantaged.
- Knowledge with first aids, MWAH, Bizsafe (RA Assessor), forklift license.
