Reporting to CEO for the following duties, - Experienced in hospitality/tourism industry (OTA/B2C) - Develop goals and strategies for the department in accordance with the annual sales and marketing Reporting to CEO for the following duties, - Experienced in hospitality/tourism industry (OTA/B2C) - Develop goals and strategies for the department in accordance with the annual sales and marketing plan. - Lead, direct and manage all department operations including company compliance - Coordinate ongoing research of the industry to detect market trends and related information for development of new sales and marketing strategies & make recommendations to improve potential from various markets - Grow the company's products and increase sales in the asia pacific region. - Proficient in Microsoft software. - Preferable to be able to speak English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu. - Preferable to posess scuba diving certification (Rescue diver and above) - Available immediately preferred.
