Job Description

We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about reducing carbon emissions in the built environment through intelligent energy management. This is achieved through the ENX(TM) Sustainability AI platform, which enables seamless integration of IoT sensors and smart controls to:

Conduct energy monitoring Optimise ACMV, lighting, and plug loads Manage air quality, occupancy, and water quality Monitor data centre infrastructure Deliver real-time sustainability KPI reporting
With its modular system architecture, the ENX(TM) Sustainability AI can be deployed as a cloud-based Building Management System (BMS) for new developments, or as an Energy Management System (EMS) for offices and warehouses, integrating smoothly with existing BMS infrastructure. Our customers have achieved up to 40% energy savings.

Responsibilities

Field Deployment

Review and interpret detailed drawings, Bill of Materials (BOM), and Scope of Works (SOW) provided by the Design Engineering team. Plan, coordinate, and execute project implementation at client sites, including site assessments, subcontractor management, and configuration and installation of devices and sensors. Document project progress, findings, and recommendations to support continuous improvement. Deliver technical training to clients and end-users on system operation and maintenance.

Data Analysis & Field Technical Support

Analyse and interpret data collected from equipment, devices, and sensors such as Building Management Systems, electrical meters, BTU meters, IAQ sensors, and PLCs. Provide on-site technical support and maintenance services for deployed projects. Work closely with the Helpdesk team to troubleshoot and resolve site issues.

Job Requirements

Degree or higher in Building, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering; Computer Science; Electronics; or a related field. Minimum 5 years of Engineering or IT experience, preferably in Building Services or Industrial Automation, with strong knowledge of automation, PLCs, SCADA, BMS, M&E systems, RTU devices, and networking equipment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; passionate about technology; able to work independently; highly organized with excellent attention to detail. Willing to travel to client sites within Singapore and Johor, Malaysia.
