Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree
At least 2-5 years of sale experience in financial advisory, investments wealth management, or related fields.
Proven track record in sales leadership or team management.
Good knowledge of financial products (e.g., investments, wealth planning).
Strong interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills.
