Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the sales process by identifying and targeting key healthcare professionals (HCPs) for promotion of Johnson & Johnson products
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with HCPs, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is maintained
  • Collaborate with teams from different departments to develop and implement sales strategies, ensuring smooth implementation and outstanding outcomes.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to determine opportunities for growth and maintain a competitive edge
  • Deliver outstanding presentations and product demonstrations to important individuals, effectively communicating the value proposition of Johnson & Johnson products.
Education:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. Preference will be given to candidates with an advanced degree in Business or Healthcare Administration.
Experience and Skills:Required:
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role
  • Proficient in account management, with the ability to successfully maintain relationships and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively influence important individuals involved.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Preferred:
  • Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in promoting products to healthcare professionals
  • Knowledge of medical devices and pharmaceuticals
  • Experience working with healthcare institutions or hospitals
  • Experience in managing complex sales cycles and navigating the healthcare landscape
  • Proficiency in a second language is a plus
Other:
  • Proficiency in English is required
  • This role requires 90% travel, primarily within Singapore
  • Relevant certifications, such as Certified Medical Representative (CMR), are preferred
  • Valid driver\'s license is required for vehicle-eligible roles
