We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will act as a trusted IT advisor to our clients, helping them align their business needs with the right technology solutions while driving long-term partnerships and business growth.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow assigned customer accounts independently, building strong, trust-based relationships. Serve as a strategic IT advisor, understanding customer needs and aligning them with suitable IT solutions. Collaborate with clients to design IT roadmaps that support their business growth and technology strategy. Proactively identify, pursue, and develop new sales opportunities within existing accounts. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets. Stay updated on the latest technology trends and apply insights to enhance customer engagements. Deliver reliable, high-quality solutions that ensure customer satisfaction and long-term success.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Account Manager in an IT System Integrator environment. Strong ability to independently manage accounts and foster lasting client relationships. Experience in developing IT roadmaps and providing strategic technology advice. Solid track record of identifying opportunities and achieving sales quotas. Highly motivated, with a strong drive to exceed targets and deliver results. Passionate about technology, with a commitment to continuous learning and staying ahead of industry trends. Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and implement effective solutions. Reliable, professional, and committed to delivering excellence in every customer engagement.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month
