The Role



As a

Sales Account Manager (AI Software - SMB Market)

, you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy. You'll engage directly with SMB customers, understand their challenges, and deliver AI-driven solutions that make a measurable business impact.


This is a full-cycle sales role -- from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and growing long-term accounts. If you love technology, thrive on hitting targets, and enjoy helping businesses grow smarter, this role is for you.





Key Responsibilities



Identify and engage new SMB clients for our AI software solutions Conduct needs analysis to understand client challenges and position the right AI tools Deliver high-impact product demos and presentations to both business and technical stakeholders Manage the full sales cycle -- prospecting, proposal, negotiation, and closing Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to refine positioning for SMB customers Build strong, lasting relationships to drive renewals, referrals, and upsells Share customer insights to help shape product strategy and market direction


What You'll Bring



Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field 1-5 years of experience in

software or SaaS sales

, preferably targeting SMBs Identify and engage new SMB clients for our AI software solutions Conduct needs analysis to understand client challenges and position the right AI tools Deliver high-impact product demos and presentations to both business and technical stakeholders with Pre-Sales Team

Manage the full sales cycle -- prospecting, proposal, negotiation, and closing


Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals


Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to refine positioning for SMB customers


Build strong, lasting relationships to drive renewals, referrals, and upsells


Share customer insights to help shape product strategy and market direction
Strong communication and consultative selling skills Understanding of

AI concepts/ERP Solutioning

and ability to explain them in simple business terms

Bonus Points For:



Experience in selling AI, automation, or analytics software Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics, ERP, or CRM platforms Familiarity with SMB buying cycles and decision processes
