Job Description

• Work Location : Jurong East
• Budget: $2,500 - $4,000 + Variable bonus
• Working Time : 5 Days Monday - Friday | 9am - 6pm

• Candidate with tertiary education and/or 1-2 years working experiences is preferred

• Reporting to the Manager. You will be supporting the company in administrative, coordination matters and working closely with the sales team.

• Perform administrative duties (download reports/filing/keeping track of customer queries and issues/monitor status)
• Familiar with the use of Microsoft office
• Highlight issues and queries to supervisor
• Attending to phone calls and emails
• Coordinate with sales team to increase sales
• Support other duties assigned by supervisor or management
