Our client is a Japanese MNC and they are looking for a Sales Admin ( 6 months contract) to join the business! Located in the Central of Singapore, the incumbent will be handling administrative support to the service team.
Location: Beach Road (Bugis/Suntec area)
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30AM - 5.30PM
Salary: Up to $3,500
Responsibilities:
Organize meeting logistics (permits, visas, travel arrangements)
Support in preparation of team meeting reports
Support the team in preparation of quotation and any documents
Maintain efficient document upkeep and filing
Prepare meeting agendas and schedules
Generate Purchase Orders and Invoices via in-house systems
Prompt follow-ups on customers\' and suppliers\' payments
Assist in shipping documents (Bill of Lading) with logistics companies and customers
Requirements:
Prior experiences in a support function with strong administrative and coordination skills
Customer focused mindset
Proficiency in MS Office
SAP knowledge will be advantageous
