Sales Admin

Location: Beach Road (Bugis/Suntec area)
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30AM - 5.30PM
Salary: Up to $3,500
Responsibilities:
- Organize meeting logistics (permits, visas, travel arrangements)
- Support in preparation of team meeting reports
- Support the team in preparation of quotation and any documents
- Maintain efficient document upkeep and filing
- Prepare meeting agendas and schedules
- Generate Purchase Orders and Invoices via in-house systems
- Prompt follow-ups on customers\' and suppliers\' payments
- Assist in shipping documents (Bill of Lading) with logistics companies and customers
- Prior experiences in a support function with strong administrative and coordination skills
- Customer focused mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office
- SAP knowledge will be advantageous
