Job Description
The Opportunity:Our esteemed client, a well-established and reputable company, is seeking a Sales Admin to join their dynamic team. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring prompt attention to customer inquiries and efficiently delivering parts orders.

- Basic up to $3,800 + AWS + VB (2 months)
- Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM/9AM-6PM (Flexible)
- Manage customer orders for parts and repair units
- Track sales and purchase orders, and monitor the turnaround time for repair units
- Assists with customer complaints and provides necessary solutions to satisfy customer requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Procurement/Supply Chain
- Minimum 3 years of related experience in customer service
- Knowledge of BaaN software (or similar such as ERP, SAP)
