Job Summary:

• Up to $3,500
• Working hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri) ; 8.30am to 6p.m.
• Working day: Monday to Friday
• Working location: Penjuru (West) (Company Transport from Jurong East | CCK | Bishan | Serangoon)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders in internal accounting system.
• Follow up and track various metrics related to sales and projects.
• Support finance team with information needed for various invoicing matters.
• Tracking project license and maintenance dates and reminding customers in advance when renewals are due.
• Help with maintaining and optimizing sales team\'s process including, but not limited to, housekeeping contact records in CRM system, knowledge base, document repository, etc.
• Assist in execution of various sales campaigns as required by Business Development team.
• Assist Business Development team with tasks related to customers inquiries such as liaising with suppliers and follow ups
