Provide administrative support to the sales department
Data entry, filing & maintaining records
Handle incoming calls & email
Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel
Maintain office consumables inventory & order supplies when necessary
Assist in other general administrative duties as required
Requirement
Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
Minimum 3 years of administrative working experience

Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm
