Accurately key in customer orders and details into the system on a timely basis.
Assist the sales team in coordinating with customers on ad-hoc requests, order changes, and event details.

Requirements:
Minimum GCE 'O' Level
At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, admin, or customer service (F&B or catering industry preferred).
Good communication and organizational skills.
Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Able to start work at short notice will be an advantage.
