Job Description


Sales Admin Assistant

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team with quality and timely sales relevant data input
  • Prepare & update sales reports
  • Handle customer enquiries via emails and calls & Handle reception duties.
  • Generate initial customer invoices and collection of first month rental and Security deposit
  • Co-ordinate with Housekeeping/Maintenance/Concierge department to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Filing of all leasing documents
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate superior
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
  • Hands-on approach towards work.
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills for internal and external contacts.
