Job Description

Our company is looking for a suitable candidate to provide administrative support to our growing sales team. Candidate will assist sales team to co-ordinate sales activities and provide good customer service.Candidate will act as the key liaison between customers and the sales team. Duties will include preparing/supporting new sales leads, quotations, contracts, accounts receivables and related reports. Ideally, candidate should have the ability to multitask with good interpersonal skills to develop long term relationships with customers, and possess good organisation skills to capture information/data and ensure they are well documented.Responsibilities

  • Tabulate and compile sales leads (BCI, sales email, enquiries)
  • Coordinate and liaise internally/ externally to execute sales proceedings
  • Support sales team in administrative work (quotations, contracts, reports)
  • Assist to liaise with customers on matters related to accounts receivables
Requirement
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • 1-2 yrs relevant working experience as coordinator or administrator
  • Minimum GCE O Level
  • Good command of English (both written and spoken)
  • Able to work independently
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $2,000.00 - $2,400.00 per monthSchedule:
  • Monday to Friday
Experience:
  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
