Roles & Responsibilities

Job Highlights:
  • Basic + commission
  • 5 days work week
  • 9am to 5pm
  • Training will be provided

Job Requirements:
  • Min GCE \'O\' Level and above
  • Pleasant personality with good working attitude and willingness to learn
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin so as to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel, and MS Outlook
  • Basic knowledge of online selling
  • Well organize and independent
  • Perferably available immediately or within short notice

Job Responsibility:
  • Process online, email and phone sales
  • Perform basic customer service functions, like answering questions or responding to inquiries
  • Ensure order and invoice accuracy
  • Compile sales reports and monitor sales efforts
  • Other ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned
