Job Scope:
- Update customer database with accuracy.
- Conduct close follow-ups with customers on administrative matters.
- Filing, scanning and sorting duties, etc.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm
- Location: walking distance from Macpherson MRT
- Able to start work immediately.
- Prior admin/ customer service/ sales support/ order processing experience is an advantage.
- On-job training is provided.
