Sales Administrator
to support our sales operations and help grow our client base through active lead engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily administrative duties to support sales team operations
Monitor and manage leads generated from marketing and advertising campaigns
Contact prospective clients via phone, email, or messaging platforms
Follow up with leads and convert them into appointments or sales opportunities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in CRM systems
Coordinate with sales consultants to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads
Provide basic vehicle information, promotions, and dealership offerings to clients
Assist with preparing sales documentation, reports, and management updates
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident and comfortable making outbound calls
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
Self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude
Experience in telesales, sales support, or administrative roles (preferred)
Basic computer literacy (MS Office; CRM experience is a plus)
Interest or passion for the automotive industry is an advantage
