Our food catering company is seeking a Sales & Admin professional to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our customer base, generating new business leads, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and managing administrative duties related to sales.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and excellent customer service Coordinate and manage catering orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction Manage administrative duties related to sales, including order processing, invoicing, and payment collection Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of catering services Track and report on sales metrics and customer feedback to management Participate in marketing and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and attract new business

Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the food industry Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
