We invite suitable candidates to join us Sales Admin Coordinator.

This role sits within the Sales & Service Department and reports to the Director.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations, follow up on sales enquires and process sales orders (No selling, support function only)
• Attend to customer queries
• Coordinate with inter-department teams and external parties to ensure on-time delivery
• Maintain proper documentations on repair & service jobs and parts requisition orders.
• Any other duties as assigned

Requisite:

• At least 1-2 years of sales coordination experience
• Possess good communication and written skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel
• Positive work attitude; willing to learn
• Able to work independently and cohesively in a team environment
• Knowledge of Microsoft Navision is good to have but not mandatory
