Job Description


-The OpportunityAdecco is partnering with an MNC Semiconductor manufacturer that specializes in precision cutting, grinding, and polishing technologies. We are looking for a Sales Admin / Coordinator (Quotation) to join their business, reporting to the Customer Service Manager.

  • Permanent, Full-time opportunity
  • Location: East region, Ubi
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
  • Salary Package: up to $3,500 basic + AWS + VB
The Job
  • Handling of all documents, from quotation to invoice, for training services and small-volume contract manufacturing services.
  • Tracking of all inquiries and active jobs from customers.
  • Attend to general inquiries from customers.
  • Administrative duties for the department.
  • Ad-hoc tasks when required.
The Talent
  • Possess a Diploma/Degree in a related discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
