Sales Admin Coordinator - Medical Device (1 Position) **Singaporeans are welcome to apply** Responsibilities:

Ensuring companys sales goals and profitability are achieved by maintaining close relationship with customers.
Handling of sales activities such as quotations, tender submission duties and samples packing.
Preparation of Sales Order, Delivery Order, Invoice and relevant documents.
Telemarketing duties to fix appointments to new and existing customers.
Handling of incoming and outgoing sales calls, emails, fax and etc.
Input, consolidation and maintenance of customers\' database.
Liaise with various departments and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services to customers.
Provide support during events, network within industry and community to find and attract new business. Perform ad-hoc tasks and other assigned responsibilities when necessary.
Indoor Sales Support Function and follow up on overdue customer accounts.
Other matters and ad-hoc tasks assigned by Sales Manager/Director.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Certificate or Diploma in Sales/ Marketing/ Business Management or any other related field discipline.
Candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in distributor sales, customer service, client servicing or any other relevant field discipline.
Plan and develop new markets and customer base to support sales team.
Candidate with Medical Device industry sales experiences would be an added advantage.
He/She must be independent, self-motivated and remain current on industry trends, market activities and competitors.
Assist in achieving monthly and yearly sales target.
Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills (English); basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Power Point).
Ability to communicate effectively with customers (face-to-face and phone calls).
