Job Description


  • Perform route planning and scheduling of daily mantainance Service appointments
  • Manage job status updates and attend to customer service request inquiries/appointments via email, phone calls, and text messages.
  • Interact with customers to provide information in response to service charges and type of service required, feedback and complaints effectively
  • Assist to generate new contracts, service contracts renewal, and working closely with the sales representatives.
  • Prepare and send E-billings after job completion
  • Record payments in accounts receivable
  • Follow up with customers to ensure overdue invoices are resolved
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned
