Job Highlights Location: Pioneer Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-530pm

  • Issue sales order confirmation upon receiving P/O from customers
  • Provide quotation to customers, stock status, and follow up
  • Follow up with production or suppliers upon customer delivery schedule date
  • Issue delivery order and invoice for local delivery
  • Handle goods outgoing shipping procedure and follow up on incoming material/ stock shipping status.
  • Navision data entries and filing documents
  • Year-end stock take and make a stock sheet for the accounts department
  • Record and maintain project list/ file
  • Ad-hoc task assigned by the Superior



Job Requirements
  • Minimum O-Level/ Diploma
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and familiar with all shipping procedures
  • MS Office, computer skills, and Navision system / ERP
  • Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent work accuracy and timeliness
  • Able to start work within a short notice
