About the role



We are a kueh shop seeking a Sales Admin and assistant outlet supervisor to join our dynamic team at JXK Pte Ltd. This full-time role is based in Bugis,Central Region





What you'll be doing:





Manage day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the company in its day-to-day operation. Attend to sales enquiries on various channels including, website, phone, whatsapp, email & social media . prepare quotation and invoices Filing of hardcopy invoices consolidate and compile data to generate from template, sales reports, production reports, manpower reports, scheduling reports Manpower scheduling for operation staff Ocassional ad hoc administrative tasks and assisting outlet sales.


What we're looking for:



Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Google Drive/Sheets Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good time management and organizational abilities Good communication and customer service skills


Job's Requirement:



Able to work 6 days per week Shift 8am to 8pm, 1-hour lunch break * Degree holder in any major (for Malaysian Epass Application)
