Key Responsibilities:Sales Support:
Assist the sales team in managing schedules, preparing reports, and handling documentation.
Prepare and distribute sales materials, proposals, and presentations.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
Update and maintain the CRM system with customer information, sales activities, and follow-ups.
Generate and analyze CRM reports to support sales strategies and decision-making.
Administrative Tasks:
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Assist in the preparation and submission of sales-related documents and reports.
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., marketing, finance) to ensure seamless operations.
Sales Analytics:
Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics.
Support the sales team with data analysis and insights to drive business growth.
Requirements:
Min. Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and proactive, with a strong problem-solving ability.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
