Delegate admin tasks, respond to team members feedback and recommend an effective solution. . Responsible for Production Ordering/ETA/Shipment Arrival . Provide Vehicle Sales Report/Retail Volume Report . Supervising and managing team members for COE/Registration/Vehicle Claim . Supervisors and responsible for overseeing the performance of team and productivity, ensure that the team members achieve monthly retail target. . Coordinate and assist with resolving team members issues for improving efficiency. . Evaluating team members performance. . Managing team workflow, overtime, and annual leave. . Monitoring the team's work to meet deadlines. . Involvement in production, business planning. . Improving current processes and increase productivity. . Communicate with sales department/production team for vehicle production ordering matters. . Provide vehicle inventory/volume/production ordering report. . Managing and uploading vehicle ordering/vehicle arrival in system. . Handling and overseeing vehicle COE Bidding/Registration/Vehicle Claim. Requirements: . Min Diploma Holder with at least 5 years of administration experience . Able to work in fast-paced environment . Lead a team of admin assistants . Meticulous .
