Till today, we continue to listen to customer's feedback, responding to and evolving with their changing demands. Job Responsibilities . Assist on Sales enquiries . Sending marketing emails and performing sales support enquiries. . Prepare quotations and consolidate confirmation and orders from clients. . Execution of clients order and supporting documents submission when required . Prepare invoices and statement of account to clients . Following up payment and letters to clients Requirements . Able to work independently, self-motivated . Good interpersonal communication skills . Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving, able to multi-task . Strong ethics, with a customer-oriented attitude . Proficient in Microsoft Office, MYOB Accounting Software . Bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise and converse with Mandarin-speaking clients .
