Co-ordinate with dealers, factories and logistic providers on shipping arrangement
Prepare and follow-up on shipping documentation
Update and maintain marketing sales data
Prepare monthly sales reports
Pre-requisites :
GCE 'O' Level/Diploma
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Knowledge on Import and Export, and LC transaction knowledge is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Team player with positive attitude and strong customer orientation
Good communication and analytical skills
Able to work independently and be self-motivated
Possess initiative, meticulous and is a keen learner
