Basis MS knowledge is required (Beginner level is accepted.)
Detail-oriented (daily tasks will be more on supporting the sales force for third-party partners with new business cases, issue management, general inquiries, and post-sales support. Besides that, workers will need to work on the administrative work, checking and ready access cards, pending payment, issuing termination for agents, etc.)
The existing worker is leaving, and will need to take over tasks, on work training will be provided.
To ensure all requests and queries are handled accurately, need to scan and check the application form for submission.
