We're expanding our team and looking for a proactive and detail-orientated Sales Admin Executive to support our fast-moving Sales department. You'll work closely with the Sales team to ensure smooth coordination, accurate documentation, and an excellent client experience.
Requirements
What You'll Be Doing
+ Prepare simple agreements (like quotations and invoices) and support the Sales team with administrative tasks
+ Create jobsheets and coordinate installation bookings with clients
+ Follow up with clients on required documents and payments
+ Update and maintain accurate data in HubSpot CRM
+ Assist Marketing and Operations with documents required for BRD meetings
+ Perform general administrative duties as needed
What We're Looking For
+ Min 2 years of administrative, coordination, or support experience, fresh grads are welcome to apply as well!
+ Strong willingness to learn and adapt
+ Good communication and follow-up skills
+ Organized, responsible, and attentive to detail
+ Comfortable with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
+ Bonus: Experience with HubSpot or CRM systems
