Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm
Working Location: Ubi TechPark
Responsibilities:
- Prepare documents for
- Shipping and logistics, goods delivery and inventory
- Document filing
- Sales quotation for customers
- Consolidation of monthly accounts for Accountant
- Procurement of office supplies and goods for customer delivery
- Other admin duties for the company
Requirements:
- Min ‘O’ Level
- Those with book keeping experience will be a plus
- Careful with numbers and details
- Able to start work within short notice
