Our client is a global MNC, and the largest spare parts distributor in the US. They are looking for a new talent to join them as a Sales Admin to process orders and provide administrative support.

Location: Clementi

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30AM-5.30PM

Salary: Basic up to $2,700 + quaterly paid bonus

Responsibilities
  • Order processing and updating customers on shipment schedules.
  • Liaising with supply chain team
  • Preparation of packing list
  • Support in creation and processing of Delivery Order and invoices
Requirements
  • Min. 1-3 years of experience in administrative duties
  • Down to earth and willing to learn
  • Proficiency in MS Office
