The IT Sales Administrator supports the sales team by managing sales processes, maintaining customer records, coordinating order processing, and providing administrative assistance to ensure smooth sales operations.

Responsibilities:



Assist with sales order entry, tracking, and delivery arrangements Maintain and update customer databases Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment Prepare meeting minutes, service reports and documentation Handle customer inquiries and provide support Support sales team with administrative tasks as needed
