We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Sales team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in keeping sales operations running smoothly by handling administrative tasks, coordinating communication, and assisting with documentation and reporting.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate customer communications and follow-up support
? Manage and organize sales documents, contracts, and reports
Assist in maintaining sales data, generating regular performance reports
Support order processing and invoice tracking
Requirements:
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools
Excellent written and verbal communication
Able to work independently and collaboratively
Prior experience in sales or admin support is a plus
