Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Process sales orders for local and regional sales teams, including online platforms. Prepare shipping documents for customs clearance, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Quality, Form D, and related documentation. Verify and monitor Letters of Credit for compliance. Update product inventories on e-commerce platforms and maintain stock allocation records. Coordinate shipping and logistics arrangements with factories and forwarders. Liaise with customers and internal logistics teams to ensure timely delivery schedules. Support sales team in monitoring Accounts Receivable, payments, and credit limits (DSO). Prepare Loan Goods Forms for roadshow events and manage issuance of goods returns/exchanges for faulty products. Handle customer product enquiries and provide timely assistance. Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:



Minimum 'N' / 'O' / 'A' Level, ITE, or Diploma holders. 3 to 5 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or shipping support preferred. Knowledge of import/export operations and shipping procedures is an advantage. Familiarity with Import & Export documentation and procedures. Experience with Letters of Credit is a plus. Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge is an added advantage. Able to work alternate Saturdays and extended hours during month-end as required. Independent, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
