Key Responsibilities:
Sales Process Support:
Assist in the execution and improvement of sales processes, ensuring data accuracy.
Administrative Support:
Coordinate meetings, prepare presentations, and assist in documentation for sales planning and review sessions.
Support onboarding and training logistics for new sales team members.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Liaise with marketing, finance, and operations to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies and campaigns.
Track and communicate updates on promotions, pricing changes, and product information.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to streamline administrative and reporting workflows.
Support implementation of new tools, systems, or procedures to enhance sales effectiveness.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, administrative supports.
Technical Skills:
Strong Excel/Google Sheet and Microsoft offices
Soft Skills:
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
