Sales Admin Specialist (Japanese Speaking)

Job scope:
- Support in assisting to customer enquiries via website, phone calls, emails, whatsapp chats
- Coordinate on purchasing process from customers to Hong Kong headquarters
- Provide accurate translation to management, suppliers and customers
- Handle general administration work and support office related matters
- Diploma in any discipline
- Ability to communicate in business level Japanese, JLPT N2 is a plus
- 2 years relevant experience in sales support function
- Independent and ability to work under pressure under a fast-paced environment
- Possess strong interpersonal skills
