Job Description


  • Position: Sales Admin Support Coordinator (Purchase Orders /Sales Admin/ Invoice)
  • Location: Joo Chiat Road (EAST)
  • Working hours: 5 days work week: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm
  • Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,700 + Performance Bonus + Medical claim is capped at $200 per year + 14 days Annual Leave
  • Duration: Permanent
  • Industry: Information Technology Company
Main Responsibilities:
  • Create purchase orders, invoices, packing lists and purchases.
  • Verify shipment detail before delivery.
  • Coordinate, monitor and follow-up with internal department/forwarders/carrier on document issuance, incoming / outgoing shipping and payment arrangement.
  • Complete documentation for new customer/vendor registration.
  • Arranging or coordinate for office maintenance services (eg. Air conditioner, printer, pantries appliances and etc.)
  • Coordinating meetings and appointments and performing clerical tasks
  • Any other administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
  • At least NITEC certification and above.
  • Good in Microsoft Office and Windows.
  • Got experience with Trading
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications.
