• Position : Sales Admin Support (Logistics/ Shipping) - NO EXP REQ * Location : Temasek Ave / Tanjong Pagar / Henderson Road * Working hours : 5 days work week: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm * Salary ( Position : Sales Admin Support (Logistics/ Shipping) - NO EXP REQ Location : Temasek Ave / Tanjong Pagar / Henderson Road Working hours : 5 days work week: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3000 + AWS Duration : Perm Industry : Logistics Solution Provider Main Responsibilities: Maintain good relationship with customers & agent in all regions. Deal with tank owner of all regions & agent for incoming shipment & tank rental processes. Checking incoming shipment BL's or prepare 'House Bill of Lading' (HBL) - if required. Ensure shipment enquiry process timely and accurate. Monitor oversea & local incoming shipment from time to time in-order to avoid any overlook on shipment. Reply customers e-mail + General administration functions - e-filing documents & checking on demurrage charges + invoices. Managing inventory stock and shipment tracking Follow up payment matters with consignee. Prepared weekly inventory stock report for agent. Requirements: NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED- Training provided Minimum N-Level / O-Level / Diploma Holders in supply chain management, logistic or business administration At least 1 year experience with shipping is preferred, Proficient in Ms Word, Excel and Power point Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications.
