To provide administrative supports to Sales & Marketing Teams
Co-ordinate sales requests such as check stock availability and delivery arrangement
Handle customers' sellthru/marketing claims
Handle customers order processing & sales order creation
Ensure that all customer orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner
Engage the customers via phone calls and emails
Serve walk-in customers on enquiries or confirmed orders
Provide pre-sales assistance and after-sales support to customers
Handle goods returns/RMA arrangement
On-the-job training provided
Any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least "N" or "O" Level or equivalent
Meticulous sense of responsibilities and good working attitude & follow up skills
Good interpersonal skills and be able to work in fast paced environment
Basic Microsoft Office skills is required
