Job Summary

Salary : $1,500 to $3,000

Location : Bugis - Walkable distance from MRT

Working hours : Mon - Thur (830-6pm), Fri (830am-530pm)

Benefits : AWS + VB + AL from 14days onward

:

• Assisting and coordinating with external parties via email or phone
• Preparing of shipping documents and issuing of invoices to external parties
• Access PSA terminal system (Portnet) to check Vessel schedule
• Sending daily reminder to submit Shipping Instruction to the external parties via email
• Issuing of invoices and sending payment reminder for any outstanding payment
• Submission of MRS to Singapore Customs via website
• Other adhoc duties assigned by the Management

Requirement:

• Min \'O\' Level
• Candidates with 1 to 2 years in Shipping or Forwarding experience can apply
• Possess knowledge in Shipping or Forwarding will be advantageous
• Able to commence immediately
• Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply (must be keen and willing to learn in shipping industry)
