Job Description


Our client is a manufacturer and distributor for Engineering Plastics and Resins and we\'re looking for a Sales Admin who will be responsible for handling customers across SEA and America, managing order processing, shipment arrangements and customer service.

Location: Pandan Gardens

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9AM-6PM

Salary: Monthly Basic up to $4,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus

Responsibilities

  • Supporting customers from Singapore, Malaysia, China, America, Philippines, Indonesia.
  • Process customers\' orders until delivery - to liaise with freight forwarders for shipping arrangements.
  • To be the main point of contact for both internal and external customers/suppliers/logistics companies.
  • Collaborate with internal finance/accounting and sales teams for orders related matters including RMA, Debit and Credit Notes.
  • Maintaining filing system.
Requirements
  • Good knowledge of import/export procedures.
  • Familiar with Order-to-Cash process flow.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP system.
  • Independent, collaborative, with good service mindset.
